I am a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. Blessed with a loving husband of 39 years, three wonderful children, their beautiful spouses, and nine energetic grandchildren, my family daily joy and enduring support.

  I am passionate about helping others discover who they are and realize their potential. There's immense joy in seeing someone light up as they uncover their own paths to success and personal fulfillment.

Over the years, I have established learning and development functions across three distinct industries—finance, manufacturing, and software. My role involved assessing organizational needs, designing tailored curriculum including train-the-trainer materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness.

My certification through the NeuroLeadership Institute has provided me with a deep dive into the world of neuroscience. This knowledge enriches my facilitation and coaching, allowing me to apply cutting-edge brain science to help leaders and teams enhance their performance and decision-making processes.

   As a certified DiSC trainer, I specialize in delivering sessions that improve communication, teamwork, and leadership through the understanding of behavioral styles. DiSC assessments are a powerful tool in any organizational toolkit, promoting better workplace relationships and more effective team dynamics.
